Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using B33n, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Description of Service

B33n is a social travel recommendation app that lets you save places you've visited, share recommendations with friends, and discover new places through people you follow.

Your Account

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use B33n.
• One person may not maintain more than one account.

User Content

• You retain ownership of content you post (place tags, ratings, photos).
• By posting content, you grant B33n a license to display it to other users of the service.
• You must not post content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its systems.
• Use automated means to access the service (bots, scrapers).
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• Upload malicious content or spam.

Objectionable Content and Abuse

B33n has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. This includes, but is not limited to, harassment, hate speech, threats, sexually explicit material, impersonation, and spam. Posting such content or engaging in such behaviour is a violation of these terms.

• Report: You can report any user or piece of content directly in the app using the "Report" option available on profiles, shared places, and chats.
• Block: You can block any user from their profile or from a chat. A blocked user can no longer see your profile, follow you, or contact you.
• Our response: We review every report and act on objectionable content — including removing content and ejecting the users who provided it — within 24 hours of receiving a report.
• Filtering: B33n automatically filters certain objectionable language from usernames, profiles, and place notes.

By using B33n you agree to these content standards. Violations may result in content removal and account termination.

Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from the Profile screen. Deleting your account permanently removes all your data including place tags, follows, and reactions.

Service Availability

We strive to keep B33n available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue the service at any time.

Limitation of Liability

B33n is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of B33n after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of B33n shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
